Paint Me Zippo passed away in the breeding shed on April 23, 2008.
He was a Two Time-World Champion pleasure horse, and many times a World Champion sire. His offspring put many young trainers in the winner’s circle. His daughters are consistently top producers in the paint industry, and his impact on the pleasure horse industry is beyond compare. His kind heart and incomparable beauty won over everyone that visited him. He was a dignified and elegant gentleman in every situation.
Paint Me Zippo was deeply loved by the Yarnelle Family and will be greatly missed. His spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew him and in the show ring for many generations to come. He is buried at his home, Yarnelle Farms, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
